About SpotsOnSpots
Built by a resident, for residents.
V — founder
Owner-resident at Vesper ATX · Austin, TX
I own a unit at Vesper on Rainey Street. For years, neighbors would stop me in the elevator or text me asking if I knew anyone with a spare parking spot. I always wanted to help — but there was no easy way to connect people. Group chats were noisy. Slack channels were ad hoc. The same neighbors kept getting matched, and dozens of deeded spots sat unused every month.
SpotsOnSpots is the simple, building-endorsed marketplace I wanted for my own building. Residents list. Residents rent. Management verifies. The agreement is in writing. No outsiders in the garage.
I built SpotsOnSpots in my own building first, where I can see every rough edge up close. Now bringing it to property management companies running other downtown Austin condos.
The company
SpotsOnSpots is operated by SpotsOnSpots LLC , a Texas limited liability company based in Austin.
We are a small, focused team — currently just me. I respond to every email personally at hello@spotsonspots.com.
What we believe
- Buildings are communities, not customer bases. A parking marketplace that ignores the HOA, lets in non-residents, or generates resident complaints is a marketplace that gets banned from the building. We build for the long-term relationship.
- Trust is built with paperwork. Written agreement, verified residency, transparent rules, and a real human you can email. The fancier the tech, the more grounded the operations need to be.
- Less is more. No payments. No app to download. No invasive analytics. The fewer surfaces we touch in your life and your building, the less risk we add.
